Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This raffle (“Promotion”) is organized by Good Life Pte. Ltd. (“Organizer”), in partnership with Cashew. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to all residents of Singapore, aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
  • Employees and immediate family members of the Organizer or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
  • Only one entry per individual is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

  • The Promotion begins on the date stated on the campaign page and will remain open until at least 1,000 valid entries have been received.
  • Once 1,000 valid entries are confirmed, the Organizer will conduct the prize draw within 14 days thereafter.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to extend or close the Promotion period at its discretion.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

  1. Complete and submit the online entry form available at goodlife.sg/win;
  2. Provide accurate personal information, including name, contact details, and email address; and
  3. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted through automated means will be deemed invalid.

5. Selection of Winner

  • Once a minimum of 1,000 valid entries has been received, one (1) winner will be randomly selected via a computer-generated draw.
  • The draw will be conducted by the Organizer or an appointed independent representative, and the outcome will be final and binding.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria.

6. Prize Details

The winner may choose one (1) of the following prizes:

  1. Luxury Resort Package in Bali – A 4D3N stay for two adults at a selected 5-star resort in Bali, including breakfast and airport transfers.
  2. Singapore Luxury Staycation – A 2D1N stay for two adults at a 5-star hotel in Singapore, including breakfast and a champagne welcome.
  3. Fine Dining Experience – A premium dining experience for two adults at a selected fine dining restaurant in Singapore, inclusive of wine pairing.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value if necessary.
  • All travel or accommodation arrangements are subject to availability and blackout dates.

7. Notification of Winner

  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 working days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • The winner may be required to provide proof of identity before prize collection.

8. Publicity and Consent

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Allow the Organizer to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for publicity purposes, including social media, websites, and press releases, without additional compensation; and
  • Receive marketing and promotional communications from the Organizer, unless they opt out.

9. Data Protection

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and related marketing purposes.

10. Liability

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential losses) arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
  • The Organizer makes no warranty or representation regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness of the prizes.
  • In the event of any dispute, the Organizer’s decision shall be final.

11. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Tampers with or abuses the entry process;
  • Provides false information; or
  • Fails to comply with these T&Cs.

12. Modification and Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice if it deems necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
